Tech Support desk on campus, hours and location

In person Tech Support is available here on campus:

We have a Tech Support desk in the lobby of building 100 on the Lawrenceville campus and on the Alpharetta campus.

We can help with:

  • Log in issues
  • password resets
  • MFA resets
  • Setting up a new device such as a phone or laptop
  • Installing software on personal devices such as Microsoft Office 365, lockdown browser, or other school related software.
  • Setting up email on your laptop or phone
  • Malware or virus removal on personal devices
  • or other school related technology issues

Remote support sessions using a screen share are also available.

We are available:

8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday

8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday – Thursday

8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays

If you do not see a technician at the Student Tech Support desk in the lobby during regular hours please give us a call at 678-226-6407.

On the Lawrenceville campus: Go to the information desk in the lobby of building 100 and ask to see the Student IT Help Desk.

On the Alpharetta campus: Go to the information desk and ask to see the Student IT Help Desk.

We are available from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday – Friday
