Other Troubleshooting steps

Windows may sometimes automatically log you in to Office 365 with another email address when it is first installed. Check to see if this has happened.

If you are signed in with another email besides your Gwinnett Tech student email account you may run into a license issue. Sign out of the other email address so you can sign in with your Gwinnett Tech student email account.
