Microsoft 365 Access for Active vs. Inactive Students
Overview
Gwinnett Technical College provides Microsoft 365 access to all students. The features available to you depend on your enrollment status.
- Active students receive Microsoft 365 A3 (full access)
- Inactive students receive Microsoft 365 A1 (limited access)
An Active Student is one who has attended classes within the last three semesters without interruption, maintaining continuous enrollment status at Gwinnett Technical College.
If a student does not attend for three semesters or more, they are considered Inactive
🎓 Active Students (A3 License)
As an active student, you have access to the full Microsoft 365 experience, including:

- Works on personal laptops and desktops
✅ Use apps online or offline
- Continue working even without internet access
✅ Access through the Gwinnett Tech Student Dashboard
- Web versions still available anytime
