My registered courses / classes are not listed in Blackboard

Your online course will not be accessible in Blackboard until the first day of class.

Students can view the beginning and end dates for your course by locating the My classes card in Ellucian Banner

Follow the instructions below for how to find this.

The date your class starts will be listed on the My classes card in Ellucian Banner

You can obtain a copy of your schedule by logging in to the GTC student dashboard with your student email and password.

HOW DO I GET MY SCHEDULE?

  1. log in to the Gwinnett Tech Student Dashboard page with your Gwinnett Tech student email address and password

  2. Select Ellucian Experience (Banner)

  3. Look for the My Classes card

If you don't see the My classes card, first click VIEW ALL CARDS on the upper right

Once you find the My Classes card, click the bookmark icon on the upper right to save it to your home page

Your Blackboard courses should be visible in blackboard within 24 to 48 hours of the class start date listed on your schedule. If not, send a message to Blackboard support.| blackboardsupport@gwinnetttech.edu. Be sure to send the message from your student email address, include your name, the Course Name and CRN for the class, and your student ID number.
