Once you have been accepted to the college, try logging in on the Student Dashboard page to access Banner, Blackboard, Office 365, or other student applications.

To access your dashboard, you need to know your Gwinnett Tech student email which follows this format: FLLLLLLxxxx@student.gwinnetttech.edu. (first initial, up to 6 characters in last name, last 4 of student ID number)
Your initial password is gtc and your birthday: gtcmmddyy
New Student log in instructions
Please Read all instructions below.
If you receive the error message “unable to sign in”, your password is incorrect or your email address is incorrect.

INCORRECT PASSWORD
When you log in for the first time your password is gtc and your 6-digit date of birth. Example: gtcmmddyy
If your date of birth is 07/04/2021, your password would be gtc070421.

INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS
Check to be sure you have typed your student email correctly and it is all lowercase letters.
You can log in with just your User ID
If this is not your first time logging in, you can sign in with just your user ID. There is less to type so there are less chances for typos.
You must type your Gwinnett Tech student email address correctly or you will get the error message "Unable to sign in" even if only one letter or number is wrong.
Try logging with just your user ID.

Can I use the self-service password reset?
If this is not your first time logging in, and you have setup your forgot password security question, you can use the self service password reset.
Student Self-Service Password Reset Instructions
You must setup the self-service password reset the first time you log in.
If this is your first time logging in to the dashboard, you will be unable to use the self-service password reset.
