Nelnet requires MFA for log in, if you have a new device you must contact Nelnet support for a reset.
Nelnet is not part of the Gwinnett Tech single sign on.
Codes from the Okta verify app connected to your Gwinnett Tech log in will not work on Nelnet.
You will need to use the authentication app or other method you setup for logging into Nelnet
Nelnet uses the google authenticator app but it could also be another MFA method.
If you have trouble with MFA connected to your Nelnet and need a reset you will need to contact Nelnet tech support.
