Turn off account sync before clearing cache
If you get an error message when trying to sign in to the student dashboard page or you are stuck in a log in loop, you will need to clear your browser cache and close all browser windows to get past this sign in error.

If you are signed in to Chrome with your Gmail account, you will need to turn off the account sync before clearing the cache.

Are you signed in with your Gmail account?
If you are signed in to Chrome with your Gmail account follow the steps below to turn off the account sync
If you are signed in to Chrome with your Gmail account you will first need to click on your chrome profile icon on the upper left part of your browser if you are signed in to chrome with a gmail account and turn off sync. You can turn it back on again after you have cleared the cache with the instructions below.
Click the "Sync is on" icon to go to that section of the Chrome settings menu
Then click the "Turn Off" button to turn off sync
Once you have completed these steps you can then clear your cache.
