The Student IT Help desk can assist if you have a question about a school-related technology issue.
Services provided
We can help with:
- Log in issues
- password resets
- MFA resets
- Setting up a new device such as a phone or laptop
- Installing software on personal devices such as Microsoft Office 365, lockdown browser, or other school related software.
- Setting up email on your laptop or phone
- Malware or virus removal on personal devices
- or other school related technology issues
We can assist students by phone, by email, or in person at the Tech Support desk in the lobby of building A on the Lawrenceville campus and on the Alpharetta campus.
Remote support sessions using a screen share are also available.
Hours of availability
8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday
8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday – Thursday
8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays
