Lockdown Browser install error, "Respondus Monitor Server error"

If you are trying to install Lockdown Browser and see the error:

“This exam needs to be enabled for Respondus Monitor through the monitor dashboard”

as pictured in the image below, Blackboard Support has let us know students should email their instructor to have the error corrected.

Send your instructor a message from your Gwinnett Tech Student email address.

When contacting your instructor, be sure to include your student ID number and the CRN number for your class. That information can also be found on your schedule.
