Look for do-not-reply@blackboard.com
do-not-reply@blackboard.com is the address that all blackboard messages are sent from. If you are not receiving some of your messages from blackboard it is likely that this address has been blocked in Outlook.
Junkmail or Rules
Messages from do-not-reply@blackboard.com could be blocked by Junk mail settings or an Outlook rule. Follow the instructions below to check both.

Change your Outlook Settings
To change this, follow these steps:
Go to https://gwinnetttech.edu/dashboard/ and log in to the Student Dashboard.
Then click the Outlook button

On the upper right of your Gwinnett Tech Outlook web app, you will see a gear icon,

Click on this to open your outlook Settings.
Check Junk Mail
From the menu on the left choose Junk email
If you see - do-not-reply@blackboard.com - on your blocked sender’s list

click the trash can icon to the right of it to remove do-not-reply@blackboard.com from the list
Check the rules
From the menu on the left look for the Rules menu
Look to see if there is a rule setup sending the messages from do-not-reply@blackboard.com somewhere other than your inbox
Click the down arrow on the right side of each rule to view the details of the rule

If you see a rule related to do-not-reply@blackboard.com click the Delete button on the right side of that rule

Once you have changed the junk mail and rules settings you should start receiving messages from do-not-reply@blackboard.com again.
