Don't use a High School issued device to access Banner
If you attempt to access banner on a high school issued device you will get errors.
You must use another device.
Registration errors on a High School Issued device
Dual enrollment students, if you see the error message "Contact Your Administrator, error resolving shared modules" it is because the administrators managing the device you are using have placed restrictions on it.
This is a common error when using a High School managed device when trying to access Gwinnett Tech sites or systems.
Contact your device administrator
Your High School IT department may sometimes place restrictions on the sites or content that can be displayed on High School managed devices. That is what is causing the error.
The only way to get past this error is to use another device.
You will continue getting the error on a High School issued device.
Be sure you are using a Windows or Mac desktop or laptop with the Google Chrome or Firefox browser. You will get errors on mobile devices such a phone, tablet, iPad, or chromebook.
