Daily click limit set by Microsoft for SharePoint links
Some students have reported an error message similar to the one in the example photo above when trying to access SharePoint resources through links from Blackboard.
This is an intermittent issue which will only happen when requests exceed daily click limit set by Microsoft for SharePoint links.
If there are less daily SharePoint requests the error will not occur.
Blackboard support is aware of the issue. Blackboard support does not have a solution to the issue at this time, but they are working on one. We don't have a specific turnaround time for when this issue may be resolved.
Workarounds? Ask your instructor
In some cases workarounds for sharing files may be possible.
Blackboard support may have alternate methods of sharing files for instructors.
To find out about possible workarounds contact your instructor or Gwinnett Tech Blackboard support.
Ask Blackboard Support for help with blackboard
Send Blackboard support a message from your student email. Include your student ID number and the CRN number for the class. This information will also be listed on your schedule.
If you wish to contact your instructor you can find their email address on your schedule.
