For students using the Firefox browser, the Office 365 dashboard link shows only Copilot. Open Outlook and look for the waffle or use a saved bookmark to get around that.

I can't find my Office 365 apps while using Firefox
To get to your office 365 apps on the student dashboard page click the Office 365 link. For students using the Firefox browser the page loads differently.
I only see copilot when I click Office 365
For students using the Firefox browser, the page will load differently as in the screenshot below.
There will be no links for apps, all apps or a waffle link in Firefox, the page has only copilot links.
This only happens when using Firefox.
Student using Firefox will need to use a workaround.
Firefox browser Office 365 workarounds
The Office 365 links are missing on the page displayed in Firefox browser.
There are two possible workarounds for this:
- Use the Waffle link found on the Outlook page
- or save the direct bookmark link listed below.
Office 365 Bookmark link
Try going to this link instead https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
You should see your Office 365 apps there. You can save that link in your bookmarks so you can easily find it later.
Outlook workaround
To use the Waffle link found on the Outlook page
- Log in to the Gwinnett Tech Student Dashboard
- Click Outlook
- Find the 9-dot waffle icon (top-left corner)
- Look for a link that says “All apps”
Click it to see the full list of Microsoft Office programs - You can also click individual links to open Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft web apps
Use Google Chrome to access Office 365
This error occurs only on the Firefox browser.
Students can also use our other supported browser Google Chrome
Opening the Office 365 dashboard link using the Google Chrome browser will also go to a Copilot page, but the apps link appears on the lower right hand side.
