Gwinnett Tech uses Microsoft for email
Gwinnett Tech uses Microsoft Outlook 365 for webmail. A lot of other schools and businesses also use Microsoft Outlook 365 for webmail.
If you have another email address that also uses Outlook, and you have not logged out of it, when you click on the outlook icon on your student dashboard you will see that other email address or you may run into other conflicts and errors.
How do I avoid this issue?
To avoid this issue:
You can either log out of the other Outlook email address in order to log in to your Gwinnett tech email.
or
use another web browser that you have never used for your other Outlook email.
Be sure to use one of our supported browsers
You may need to clear your browsing data.
Clear Browsing Data, Google Chrome Browser
Clear Browser Data on Mozilla Firefox Browser
or
use an incognito or private browsing window.

Use a private browsing window
Using a private browsing window is probably the easiest solution as you will not have to log out of your other Outlook email. It will not reference the cookies saved on your machine that tell Outlook you are logged in to another email address.
To open an incognito window in the Google Chrome browser:
From the “Menu” button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose “new incognito window”
Then browse to dashboard page and log in as normal. You should then be able to see your Gwinnett Tech Outlook webmail.

Use another browser
If you want to use more than one browser and need to download one here are some download links for the browsers we support at Gwinnett Tech. Use of non-supported browsers may cause unexpected results.
