Trouble accessing a test / lost connection during a test

If you are having trouble accessing a test, you have been logged out of Blackboard or Lockdown Browser while taking a test, or you lost your internet connection during a test, you will need to contact your instructor and request that they reset the test for you.

You should email your instructor right away when the problem occurs so you have documented you are trying to get assistance with the issue. The email will be timestamped.
