OKTA has discontinued MFA verification using text messages. Gwinnett Tech will implement this change June 9th, in favor of the OKTA verify app. The app is faster and more secure.
All students are required to setup the Okta Verify app before June 9th, don't wait until the last minute.
To get ready for this change, we are recommending everyone go ahead and setup the OKTA verify app now as their MFA method. Follow the instructions at the links below:

Okta verify for New students and MFA resets
If you have recently had your MFA reset, or you are a new student, follow the instructions below:

Go to - https://gwinnetttech.edu/dashboard/ and click on the log in button.
OKTA Verify is available on iOS or Android devices including a phone, tablet, or iPad.
You can setup the OKTA verify app on multiple devices so you don't lose access to your account.
OKTA Verify will work on devices with or without phone service, you only need Wi-Fi.
