Official transcript or Unofficial transcript?
If you would like to view your transcript for yourself, and you are able to log in to your student dashboard page, you can follow the instructions below to view and save an Unofficial Transcript. Let us know if you need a password reset for your student dashboard.
If you need a transcript to be sent to another school, scroll down to the Official Transcript section.

Unofficial Transcript
If you are able to log in to your student dashboard page, you can obtain
a transcript through your student banner account.
Go to https://gwinnetttech.edu/dashboard/and click on the log in button.
Then click on the banner icon on the dashboard page.
Use your student email address and password to log in
Click on Student Services & Financial Aid
Click on Student Records
Click on Academic Transcript to view and print an unofficial transcript
From there your unofficial transcript will be displayed on the screen. You can use print to PDF to save a copy

Official Transcript
If you are able to log in to your student dashboard page, you can also obtain an official transcript through a link on your student banner account.

Go to https://gwinnetttech.edu/dashboard/and click on the log in button.
Then click on the banner icon on the dashboard page.
Use your student email address and password to log in
Click on Student Services & Financial Aid
Click on Student Records
Click on Order Official Transcript
You will be taken to the Parchment site for Gwinnett Tech where you can order your transcript.

Official transcripts are issued on security paper, or in a secure electronic format, and cannot be faxed. The school uses a third party company called Parchment to send Official Transcripts.

Don't have access to student dashboard?
If you are not able to access your student banner account, Student Tech Support can give you a password reset for your student dashboard account. Click the password reset link or follow the instructions below.
If you know your student ID number you can order an official transcript at the link below.

Or you can call The Parchment Customer Service Department at (847) 716-3005 between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday and between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm (CST/CDT) on Fridays. One of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

If you are a former student
If you are a former student OR are having issues accessing your Banner Web account, we can reset your password for you and give you your log in information.
Please contact us with the details below so that we may verify your ID.
- Full Name
- Student ID
- Date of birth
If you do not know your student ID number, then we will also need some additional information.
